At Solevida, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused items in their original packaging.

  • Costs:
    For regular returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Scope of Policy:
    This return and exchange policy applies to all products except for socks, which are excluded from returns.

 

 

  • Incorrect or Damaged Delivery:
    If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please also use our returns portal. After reviewing the case, we will arrange the best possible solution – either a free exchange or a refund – and you will incur no costs in this instance.
